I would like to take a few moments of your time to express our great satisfaction and appreciation for the work you and your team did with our recent acquisition process.

In my role as a senior executive in a multi-national firm, I am in travel mode most of the time, rarely having the luxury of more than 2 or 3 days in a row at a home. After over a year without a personal vehicle I decided I wanted something that fit my personality and after some looking on the web settled on the 2003 50th Anniversary Corvette – that was the easy part.

Finding the “right” car was the real challenge. Initial searches found candidates in California and Pennsylvania – but with my schedule I could not see an opportunity to invest the 2 or 3 days to travel to either location to check them out. A family member suggested I call I-Deal Acquisitions. Best advice ever!

Once I contacted your team you jumped into action first making a thorough vehicle history investigation then performing an extensive in-person inspection of the best candidate. I have to tell you; when I received the very detailed list of items to be corrected prior to the purchase, 80% of which were cosmetic items, I was so impressed I passed it around at a board meeting so my staff could see what a professional report looks like.

By this time I was hooked on the car, with good reason. It’s beautiful! If I had walked in to negotiate the purchase I know I would have paid at least 15% and maybe even 20% more than the price you achieved because there was no way I was going to leave without it. And as you know, the real savings was about twice your very reasonable fee.

Of course, the service isn’t complete until the customer receives the product, and the professional delivery service you contracted with on my behalf was simply top-notch. My dream car was delivered on time in perfect condition.

My wife and I really appreciate both your excellent service and the extreme courtesy through this process. We couldn’t have done this without you.

Next year – let’s do a boat!

With great appreciation,

M. Blackburn
